Welfare Check Service Plan

Includes a wlefare check call for 10-15 minutes a day for five days per week. Each call includes, medication reminders, appointment reminders, check-ins on blood sugar and blood preasure, check-ins on any physical or mental health issues and a brief check-in on psycological state. We will then send a brief yet substantial report on all of these things to the owner of the plan via phone call, text, or email. Payment for all of this is only $35/month.
